HM Group

HM Scottsville is the HM Group home on this shortlist. It is an apartment at Sarjapur, not a Capstone Life project and not a DS-MAX project. Earlier copy on this site grouped it with Capstone. That was wrong. The developer line now says HM Group.

Published guides show 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK homes from about ₹1.71 crore, with sizes from about 1,258 to 1,835 sq. ft., and a June 2027 possession note. The 3 BHK guide starts near ₹2.10 crore. The RERA number was not on the source page. Ask for it and check rera.karnataka.gov.in before a token.

On the same Sarjapur side of the city, DS MAX Spoorthi Nest is the lower-ticket apartment and Capstone Circular Reflections is the villa. Read Scottsville against those only after the drive and the budget are the same brief.
