Whitefield and Varthur are sold as one east Bangalore market and lived as two commutes. ITPL on Soukya Road, Kadugodi, and Prestige Tech Forest at Varthur can share a brochure headline and still be different Friday traffic. Start with the office door, then the budget.

DS MAX Sky Fields is the Soukya Road home. The builder describes a G+14 block of 2 and 3 BHK apartments, about ten minutes from ITPL, from ₹92.47 lakh. The 2 BHK is about 1,201 to 1,207 sq. ft. DS MAX Sangam Grand is the lower Whitefield entry, a G+4 from ₹79.60 lakh, with a builder note that the 3 BHK range has been reported sold out. Ask what a visit can still show before you drive. DS MAX SkySampurn is the Varthur tower, G+16, beside the growth belt near Prestige Tech Forest. 2 BHK homes are about 1,206 to 1,363 sq. ft. from ₹86.83 lakh. 3 BHK homes are about 1,685 to 1,760 sq. ft. from ₹1.21 crore. The published rate is ₹7,000 per sq. ft. onwards. Kadugodi Tree Park Metro on the Purple Line and Whitefield railway station are the transit names on the card. A ₹79 lakh G+4 and a ₹92 lakh G+14 are not failed versions of each other. Low-rise changes lifts, maintenance and how you get a child downstairs.
