Whitefield or Varthur for an ITPL commute
Sky Fields, Sangam Grand and SkySampurn are three different drives that portals file under east Bangalore.
ITPL, Kadugodi and Prestige Tech Forest are not one park. Sky Fields on Soukya Road is the home the builder places about ten minutes from ITPL: G+14, 2 BHK from ₹92.47 lakh, about 1,201 to 1,207 sq. ft. Sangam Grand is the lower Whitefield entry, a G+4 from ₹79.60 lakh, with the 3 BHK range reported sold out. Ask what a visit can still show.
SkySampurn is the Varthur tower, G+16, near Prestige Tech Forest rather than on Soukya Road. 2 BHK homes start at ₹86.83 lakh. 3 BHK homes start at ₹1.21 crore. Kadugodi Tree Park Metro and Whitefield railway station are the transit names on that card. A Tech Forest commute and an ITPL commute can share a Friday and still not be the same road.

Price per square foot only helps after the drive is acceptable. ₹7,700 at Sky Fields and ₹7,000 onwards at SkySampurn are guides. Confirm the stack and what is still unsold before you compare them as if they were the same building.
