Best areas to buy a home in Bangalore
How to compare North, East, South and West Bangalore when you are actually buying a home, not just reading a price headline.
A “best area” is the drive you will repeat. East Bangalore still means Whitefield, Varthur, Sarjapur Road and the ORR offices. South means Electronic City and the Hosur Road belt. North means Manyata, Hebbal, Yelahanka and the airport road. West means Mysore Road, Magadi and Kengeri. Central is a different budget.
On this CORPLAND shortlist the choice is the published homes only. Whitefield is Sky Fields and Sangam Grand. Varthur is SkySampurn. The Sarjapura–Attibele edge is Spoorthi Nest. Hosur Road toward Electronic City is Sky Sampadha. Magadi Road is Sky Sukhino. Tumkur Road is Sky Mangalam. Hennur is Swastika.
Start with the office, the school, or the parents — then the budget. A ₹70 lakh 2 BHK on Sarjapura–Attibele is not a failed Whitefield home. It is a different Tuesday evening. Price per square foot only helps after the drive is acceptable.
Every project here is under construction except Capstone Life Flowing Tree, which is marked ready to move. The next check is what is standing, which RERA number matches the phase you are shown, and which costs are outside the advertised start.
