How to check a Karnataka RERA number before you book
The number on a project page is only useful if it matches the phase you are shown on rera.karnataka.gov.in.
Open rera.karnataka.gov.in and search the number printed on the project page. You are looking for the same project name, the same promoter, and the phase you are actually being sold. A number that belongs to a different tower is not a comfort.
On this shortlist the DS-MAX homes that carry a PRM number are SkySampurn, Sky Fields, Sky Sukhino, Sky Sampadha, Spoorthi Nest, Sangam Grand and Swastika. Each page prints the number. Sky Mangalam says the record was not published. Ask before you treat that launch as registered.
Capstone Life Flowing Tree, Circular Reflections, The Midsummer Rain, and HM Scottsville do not have a RERA number on their source pages. The line on those pages is to ask for it. Do not invent a match from a similar project name.
